located in the North Meadow Creek drainage in the northwest
corner of the Madison Valley, consists of many 20 acre tracts. 
Terrain varies from flat, historically agricultural hay ground to
rolling, rocky hills.  It is just a short drive into the Beaverhead
National Forest and is not far from good trout fishing opportunities. 
Views and fresh country air are plentiful.
