have its own propane and electric meters. Open floor and construction plans include a
breakfast bar, rustic oak cabinets, formica counter tops, radiant heat, and an attached

Typical of condominiums, there will be a homeowners
association responsible for snow removal, yard watering and mowing, exterior maintenance
of the buildings etc., (dues are anticipated to be $175.000/month) making this a perfect
home for absentee owners and those of us on the run.
The commercial units with Highway 287 frontage will have western front facades creating a wonderful feel to the Moose Creek
Village entrance. The "General Store" will be first one built by the
