throughout.  All interior walls and ceilings have all penetrations sealed with foam and
have sound insulation added.  Media room walls are of staggered stud construction
with fiberglass sound insulation. Every light fixture and outlet was hand sealed with
foam to ensure tightness.

*Well system is producing 35 gal. per minute+. Pump is a variable speed pump
with 1-1/4” main line capable of pumping 35 gallons of water per minute
(maximum allowed by the Montana DEQ for residential construction).
 

* Oversized PEX water supply lines to the Master Bath so the tub and shower
